Reduced graduated ruler to visualize easily a large measuring height which is adaptable to different tank configurations.
Its all-metal design allows its use where plastics are prohibited or when ambient conditions are not compatible with them.

Principle
The indicator shows the level inside a tank, a float drives the pointer through a
cable, along the graduated scale.
The reduced-path JAR-CR has its counterweight equipped with a pulley which
reduces the run to the half distance of float course.

Description
This level indicator includes a float and a pointer linked together with a cable running on 2 pulleys.
The pointer is used as a counterweight; it slides along a metallic graduated ruler; it has a pulley in order to reduce the course distance.
The graduated scale is fixed on the tank by means of adjustable and sliding tees, distance to tank adjustment from 70 to 150 mm.
The BSM 501/J contacts can be used and adjusted on the ruler for high and/or low level detection (data-sheet 585-01).
