Turbidity describes the content of particles in a liquid. Immersion probe TURBISWITCH CP2 is designed for open vessels or channels, to monitor the
turbidity of the liquid.
The emitter sends an infra-red light beam through the liquid to the receiver.
The attenuated emitted light is measured by the control unit TURBISWITCH GS4 which switches the output relay if the pre-set value is exceeded.
The detectable turbidity ranges are from about 100 up to about 30,000 FAU.
