Decontamination certificate According to legal obligations and for our staff safety and workshop protection, it is necessary to send with the equipment this certificate to declare the decontaminating procedures have been applied before shipment. Your responsibility will apply in case of non-respect of proper operations. This decalaration concerns all devices operated in contact with dangerous substances (solids, liquids, gases, vapours, radiation), either in a non-exhaustive way: - Analysing intrumentation (pH, conductivity, turbidity, etc.) - Magnetic level switches (MNR6, MNR7, etc.) - Level indicators (MAGTOP, FS4, etc.) - Flow controllers, indicators, meters, counters - Etc … To send back to BAMO Mesures a device concerned by a previous decontamination, download the form, complete it, and join it to the instrument inside the parcel. As long as the certificate is not received, the equipment will remain in ‘’quarantine’’. The service will be taken over upon receipt of the certificate. Finally, for equipment received, not cleaned, BAMO reserves the right either to return the device at the customer’s expense, or to charge a cleaning operation. |
