Below you will find the procedure for returning a product to our after-sales service. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

1. Download and complete the documents:
   
   Make sure you carefully fill in all sections of the after-sales service return form, providing all the information requested about the product and the nature of the problem encountered.
   
   Examination costs of your device:
   
   This information only concerns equipment for which the warranty does not apply (GTC). The warranty may not apply in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):

• exceeding the warranty period,
• breakage or incorrect use of the equipment
• wearing or consumable part
  
  Following the assessment and in the event that the warranty does not apply, a quote valid for one month will be sent to you for the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).
  A purchase order sent by you will be required to validate the repair quote and initiate the repair procedure.
  
  Case 1:
  If you do not wish to proceed with the interventions detailed in our estimate, you will be invoiced for the costs associated with the equipment inspection according to the rates below:
  For automatic samplers, the inspection cost is 120 EUR.
  For other devices, the inspection cost is 70 EUR.
  (packing & transport costs are not included)
  Payment should be made before any goods are returned.
  
  Case 2:
  If you agree to the repairs/replacements detailed in our quotation, no additional inspection costs will be charged as they will be considered as included in the repair.
  
  Confirm your agreement on the after-sales service return form.
  
  

  After-sales service return form If the product requires decontamination (product in contact with potentially dangerous fluids), also fill in the decontamination certificate. In this case, your equipment must also be decontaminated to guarantee the safety of our employees.

  
  

  Decontamination certificate We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we receive equipment that does not seem to have been properly cleaned, BAMO reserves the right to return it at your expense or to charge you a cleaning fee. Your cooperation is very important to ensure a smooth and secure return process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  
   

2. Preparation of the package:
   
   Carefully pack the product to be returned using suitable packaging to avoid any damage during transportation.
   
   
3. Join documents:
   
   You can send the return form filled and signed by you to info@bamo.fr prior to your shipment.
   Place the after-sales service return form and the decontamination certificate (if applicable) in a transparent sleeve and insert it into the package with the product.
   
   
4. Shipment :
   
   Address the package to the following address:

   Use a reliable shipping service to ensure secure and traceable delivery of your package.
   
   
5. Tracking :
   
   Once the package has been shipped, make sure that our services have received it by checking the tracking of your carrier or contacting our services.
   
   
6. Awaiting confirmation:
   
   Once we have received your parcel, our team will inspect and process the product as soon as possible.
