BAMOWIZ DOZ is a programmable counter and totalizer as well as a dosing system.
The setpoint (Dosing quantity) is permanently accessible from the main display, which makes it ideal for applications that require regular adjustments.
BAMOWIZ DOZ accepts pulse signals from flow sensors operating in the range of 0.04 Hz to 10 kHz such as our BAMOFLU (data-sheet 780-01).
The BAMOWIZ DOZ consists of two elements:
- A programmable monitor (fig. 1)
- A control unit (fig. 2)
The monitor has a graphic color touch screen which facilitates parameter settings. Through a programmable factor, the input frequency is converted in a readable value such as litre, m³ etc.
Parameters shown on main display:
- The setpoint
- The volume counted during a dosing cycle
- Countdown of the ''TEMPO'' (bargraph)
- Relay status of each: S1, S2 and S3
- Totalizer
- Number of cycles
A dosing cycle may be started (or interrupted) from the control unit which supplies and directly controls a solenoid valve via the static output. Controls of dosing start and stop can be remote from the control unit box.
