Overfill protection according to the Water Resources Act (WHG) on containers for storage, Filling and handling of water-polluting liquids.
The MAXIMAT VK C are level limit switches which are used for containers of water-polluting liquids to prevent an overfilling; When liquid lift up, the integrated electronics reacts to the float rising and its permanently output signal is interrupted; By interrupting the signal once the permissible limit of filling is exceeded, the associated system control may interrupt the filling process and acoustically and visually trigger an alarm.
The alarm is triggered from an immersion depth of 50mm (dependent of density).
